PRESS RELEASE: Cleveland VOTES to Host Community Event on Navigating Election Information and Civic Engagement

(Cleveland, OH — April 7, 2026) Cleveland VOTES will host Spring into Democracy, a community gathering focused on helping Clevelanders access reliable information, understand key issues, and prepare to take action ahead of the 2026 election cycle.

What: Spring into Democracy is an interactive community event designed to help residents get informed, connected, and ready for the upcoming elections. This year’s gathering will focus on how Clevelanders can navigate today’s complex information landscape, identify trustworthy sources, and engage meaningfully in civic life.

Who: Cleveland VOTES, a Cleveland based nonpartisan democracy-building nonprofit, in Collaboration with Signal Cleveland

When: Tuesday, April 14, 2026 5:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.

Why: As the May primary and November general elections approach, access to accurate and timely civic information is critical.
