Cleveland VOTES Accepting Applications for 2026-2027 Democracy Collective Cohort

Are you committed to making a difference in Cleveland and looking to learn alongside other inspired leaders? We are now accepting applications for our 2026-27 Democracy Collective Cohort! This program offers an opportunity to build skills, tools, and relationships that help grow your capacity to create change in your community and champion equitable civic engagement.


Participants work together to explore issues they care about, learn how decisions are made in Cleveland, and understand who has the power to create change.
